Well BY Nicos standards Heikki Should do just fine. As Ex Nissan World Champion and GP2 runnerup to Nico - He should be a top choice for any team.

Then again - He did get beat pretty badly by Montagny in his rookie season as Nissan World Series driver. He did catch up by the end of the season but was pretty clearly beaten by team mate Montagny. (5 years his senior)

Go Heikki. Renault driver 2007 - Maybe even world champion 2007 - Who knows.

Well - he seems to be groomed for that seat. Well see.

Whatever about Kovalainen what about Lewis Hamilton His preformance this weekend at Nurburgring was incredible. 2 wins and he made it look so easy. I think this kid has a big future.

People will be surprised how mature and smart Kovalainen is. Wait and see. And he's got speed. He's a champion and was neck and neck with Nico which now is clear that Nico is a very talented and fast driver.

Hamilton for sure is F1 material and will fight for the GP2 title with Piquet as I predicted before the season...

Piquet is also very very good. Dont dismiss him due to him having it easy due to his name.

Yeah - Hamilton will be a force. Taking a double today is a big feat in his only 3rd race weekend with GP2. And A double is huge in Gp2 as you in the short race 2 have to PAss 7 cars on Track to win if you had won race 1 as Lewis had done.

For sure he will be in F1 - maybe even by next year.

Well as predicted early in the season - 3 for 3. Since writing the thread in MAY Kovalainen now confirmed driver for Renualt. Hamilton is hired by Mclaren and may well even race when Kimi will GO to Ferrari. No doubt this will be announce in Monza.

and Piquet has been picket up by Renaylt as a test driver and may well replace Fisi as he will struggle as Kovalainens team mate by mid 07 season. Mark my words .
