Marco Andretti is one cool driver. Getting hist first win as the youngest ever IRL winner AND youngest ever winner of a major Open wheel racing series.
He will be blowing the field of IRL next year as 20. Where can he go from there. He must move on to F1. There is just no other path for this amazing new talent. He should go to Ferrari - In fact Ferrari should hire him already for the next season. There would finally be an "italian" driving for Ferrair again.
And coming from the worlds largest auto market - it wouldnt hurt to have an American drive for Ferrari.
Ferrari - Hello - are you getting this...

Part of the team at F1Weekly had the pleasure in watching the race live. We also managed to score some cool interviews, too bad we couldn't get to Marco. It was too hard after he won. I think Marco should move to GP2 for 1 year then over to Ferrari and eventually replace massa. Just image Kimi and Marco for 09

He is ready now. He should not be discouraged by his fathers F1 disaster. He just happened to be matched with Hakkinen. One of the fastest individual drivers F1 ever seen. He was blanked and humiliated. Dont let this experience carry over to another generation.
Marco would do just fine alongside Kimi. Perhaps he could take a step down to GP2 for one season to really learn the tracks and the European Open wheel style which dominates F1-- including live starts with exciting first corners.
Marco - You are ready and F1 is ready for you!
